How to install your signature

  1. Open Gmail → click the gear icon ⚙️ (top right) → "See all settings"
  2. Scroll down to the Signature section
  3. Click into the signature field, then click "Copy as Rich Text" above the preview
  4. Paste (Ctrl/Cmd+V) into the Gmail signature field
  5. Click Save Changes at the bottom
  1. Open Outlook → File → Options → Mail → Signatures
  2. Click New, give it a name, click OK
  3. Click in the signature text area → Edit → Paste (or Ctrl+V) the rich text
  4. Under "Choose default signature", set it for New messages
  5. Click OK
  1. Open Outlook.com → click the gear icon ⚙️ → "View all Outlook settings"
  2. Go to Email → Compose → signatures
  3. Click "Copy as Rich Text" above the preview, then paste into the signature box
  4. Click Save
  1. Open Apple Mail → top menu → Mail → Settings (or Preferences on macOS Sonoma)
  2. Go to Signatures tab
  3. Click + to add a new signature, give it a name
  4. Click "Copy HTML" above the preview → go to the signature box → Edit → Paste (or Cmd+V)
  5. Close preferences
  1. Click ⌘K (or the command menu icon) → type "Settings" → Enter
  2. Go to Signature section
  3. Click "Copy HTML" above the preview, paste into the signature editor
  4. Close settings — your signature is live immediately
